Our fish comes directly from Mpulungu’s Lake Tanganyika, and we grow our own strawberries for a farm-to-table experience. Meet The Chef

A Story of Growth and Excellence

At Musalale Royal Lodge, we invest in our people. Dorothy joined us with a Grade 12 certificate, but her passion stood out. Recognizing her potential, we sponsored her Hospitality Management studies at the Zambia Institute for Tourism and Hospitality Studies. Now, she’s set to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management—a milestone we proudly celebrate.

Dorothy’s journey reflects our commitment to employee growth. Today, she applies her skills to enhance guest experiences, proving that with the right support, success is within reach.
